No, Authorized greenway™ Dealer locations are distribution warehouses only.  They have developed a very efficient and cost effective delivery system for moving box rentals.

Yes, Authorized greenway™ Dealers do require someone over the age of 18 at your place to receive and accept the order. Your order has been counted before arriving and delivering them to your place. They will count the boxes and other rental supplies one more time with you when delivered. After they have counted them with you, they will have you or the person you designate sign the rental contract for the delivery. The same procedure applies when they pick them up. They will then recount them before they load them on the Authorized greenway™ Dealer truck. If there is a rental item missing from your order they will have you sign the missing report document and they will bill your credit card the next business day. If you are fortunate enough to find the missing item after they leave, just call them and they will come back and pick it back up. They typically credit back your card, minus the re-pickup fee of $25.00

Deliveries and Pickups that require the driver to climb stairs, use an elevator or load them into your unit are typically subject to a .60¢ / box fee (covers their insurance).   Please ensure your correctly answer that question on the online order form or let your Authorized greenway™ Dealer know if you place your order by phone.

Quick!  Usually within 48 hours.  Authorized greenway™ Dealers appreciate as much advance notice as possible like a week or two as it significantly helps with the logistics of the delivery.  However they are here to help you so if you just found out about their service or find yourself in a last minute rush call them immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 1-877-345-2693

Your Authorized greenway™ Dealer will be more than happy to redeliver any number of greenway™ boxes or supplies.  A $25 delivery fee applies.

Sure no problem, please contact your Authorized greenway™ Dealer as soon as you know that you will be extending the initial rental period.  A confirmation number will be given to you by the Dealer to confirm your request.  If you don't receive a confirmation number, this means they are not in receipt of your request and your scheduled pick up applies.

Yes, you are expected to keep the greenway boxes clean and safe. Authorized greenway™ Dealers recommend that you keep the boxes indoors to avoid unnecessary dirt and for security reasons. Typically there is a $3.00 charge for each box that requires deep cleaning upon return.  greenway™ are not to be used to transport any hazardous materials of any kind.  Please be certain that all lids on liquids are on tight.  A greenway returned that has permanent damage from stain or chemicals is deemed damaged and unrentable.  Subject to the terms of the rental agreement with your Authorized greenway™ Dealer who appreciates you using reasonable care.

Upon delivery of the rental boxes and applicable moving equipment they are now your responsibility.  Please use reasonable care and judgment.  If the delivery driver at his discretion feels that the boxes will be at undue risk (ex. no indoor place to store them, unusual living conditions etc) he can at his discretion refuse service.

Authorized greenway™ Dealer drivers are on very tight schedules and unfortunately are unable to wait if you or your designated person is not at the scheduled location.  A delivery or pickup that is missed or cancelled the day of the scheduled time is typically subject to a $25 fee.  Requests made 24 hours or greater in advance are typically processed at no charge.
